Job Summary

Provides support to the organization with training programs: employee, manager, and openings. Must have patience, consistency in quality of work under pressure, great customer service attitude, and a sense of urgency.  Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information. 

Is responsible for teaching and coaching Brand standards to restaurant-level and multi-unit staff, to uphold brand integrity in a multi-unit environment. Must be aware of budgets and financial performance, and also suggest training solutions that can make a positive impact.

  Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obsess about staff knowledge and excitement about sharing new and existing knowledge systematically with staff
  • Identify & label skills gap at all levels of operations by conducting interviews and tests
  • Short revisions and preparation of concise learning material, where needed
  • Lead and define with Director of Operations how to best transfer knowledge in practice, regularly
  • Create and implement tools to asses knowledge and transfer success
  • Create and implement tools to assess Identify staff potential and place them into specific development paths
  • Identity, train and appoint at least one training point of reference per store to administer material frequently
  • Preparation of modules supporting development path from various starting points
  • Assess Knowledge retention
