Reporting to Director Control Operations, you will be responsible for:


• NSEWL track possession/access and test track access planning, allocation and deconfliction for various projects and maintenance activities, with an aim to optimise track access utilisation and fulfilling the various competing demands• Ensuring the submission of Critical Execution Plan (CEP) from all maintenance units for planning and discussion at Coordinated Integrated Program (CIP) and Engineering work request (EWR) meetings• Keeping track of track access utilization/cancellation for forward planning and scheduling to achieve minimal impact to project timeline as well as Preventive Maintenance (PM) cycle and Corrective Maintenance (CM) work• Identifying the co-sharing of track resources and preparation of Ops Circular as necessary• Ensuring track access requirements are fulfilled against the contracted baseline plan• Monitoring the effectiveness of maintenance plans based on planned sectors and work with the various CoE to adjust the overall plan as necessary• Attending regular Coordinated Integrated Testing Programme (CITP) meetings with LTA and contractors to ensure track access optimisation and prioritisation, taking into consideration all maintenance and project activities• Planning of Early Closure/Late Opening of stations to allow longer engineering hours. This includes coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure the plan is executed safely and successfully, preparation of Ops Circular, updating and reporting of maintenance/project work achievements. • Preparation of excel charts, powerpoint presentations and minutes of meeting (MOM) as necessary



• Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree in Project Management or Engineering• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Rail and Transport industries• Good planning abilities as well as knowledge in railway projects and linear project programming (railway project, pipeline project, tunneling project and road projects) will be an added advantage• Good knowledge in MS-Office, Primavera 6, MS Project and other programming/scheduling software• Previous work experience(s) with SMRT/LTA projects’ planning department will be preferred• Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills• Energetic, committed, driven and ability to work independently and self-motivated • Possess strong report writing and presentation skills
