Human Resource Executive (Construction/Interior Design/Renovation)


Job Description:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties
  • Handle staff recruitment, on-boarding & off-boarding
  • Process of work pass applications, renewals & cancellations
  • Review and propose staff compensations & benefits
  • Maintaining personal & leave records
  • Payroll processing and other related matter (eg: CPF submission, Tax clearance for foreign hires leaving the company, reporting of staff remuneration to IRAS under Auto-inclusion scheme)
  • Well versed in Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act & Income Tax Act


  • Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Good interpersonal, management and decision-making skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Preferably in the Construction environment
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Knowledge of local labor and employment laws/practices is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Should have a good understanding of Payroll
