Building Manager (Tenancy Management) / Central


Job Responsibilities 

  • Supporting leasing department in work processes
  • Oversee the administartion work for building related matters 
  • Review and improve tenancy guidelines 
  • Coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders for renovation works 
  • Carry out inspections in tenant's premises 
  • Promote good landlord/tenant relationship 
  • Manage service providers and term contract admministration
  • Setting benchmark for monitoring performance of contractors 
  • Managing the Building management team in terms of day-to-day operations 




  • Degree in Facility Management, Buildinf, M&E Engineering or equivalent 
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience 
  • Experience in mixed developments will be advantageous 
  • Good Command of spoken and written English 
  • Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills.
