Admin/ Customer Service Assistant (PERM/ Jap MNC/ Harbourfront)


Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pmLocation: Harbourfront 

Job Duties:

  • Attend to customers' enquiries via e-mails & phone calls, with occasional face to face meeting if required.
  • Support the sales team to complete the sales transaction.
  • Provide customers with prompt and accurate booking information and follow up on any changes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Documentation, Finance, Operation, eg.) to ensure the information provided to customers are up to date.
  • Greet customers warmly and escalate calls to the right team when necessary.
  • Follow up with customer until the problem is resolved and ensure they are satisfied with the result.
  • Provide administrative support (data entry, information consolidation, schedule updating, report preparation, eg.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Able to start work immediately/ on short notice.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
