Admin Coordinator (up To $2000 / 5 Day) Near Aljunied MRT

Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to incoming calls by customer enquiries at telephone or email
  • To manage & assist with Sales and IT Support department for schedule appointment and outstanding follow up
  • Monitors the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule
  • Liaise with new or existing client for schedule of system installation or on-site troubleshooting and collect payments if any.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with  Mandarin speaking associates and client
  • Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'N' or ‘O’ Level 
  • Good Personality with good working history
  • Able to handles Fast Paced / Quick Thinker / Fast Learner 
  • 5 day week 
  • Near Aljunied MRT
