Roles/Responsibilities:

-Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth for your segment
-Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs
-Plan, execute and manage Account Based Marketing Programs.
-Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product/solution marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training and content
-Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
-Proactively engage with the sales and product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
-Evaluate, select and manage vendors and internal teams that contribute to local demand creation programs including events venues and services, digital marketing agencies, direct mail providers, SEO experts, designers, copywriters and list brokers
-Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs
-Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates

Qualifications

Education, Experience & Training required:

-Degree level education with 7-10 years marketing experience in B2B software industry ideally with SaaS experience
-Experience developing and executing successful lead gen and sales enablement marketing plans
-Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), content and calendar management tools, analytics and campaign tracking tools (Tableau).

-Understanding of the Sirius Decisions demand funnel and the ability to analyze and manage the demand funnel metrics.
-Ability to direct content building required in an overall demand creation approach
