Facebook is seeking a senior leader to manage our Business Integrity team’s global policy and outsourcing operations. The Business Integrity team protects users and ensures safe connections between users and businesses. This individual will assume management responsibilities in developing our talented team members within our global policy operations and outsourcing operations teams, as well as drive cross-functional impact with our internal and external partners, and serve as the Business Integrity leader for the team’s APAC operations out of Singapore. Internal partners span everyone from global policy and legal to engineering and other sub-teams within Business Integrity, while external partners are our outsourcing vendors with a large core operational footprint globally. Candidates will be data driven, self-motivated, and flexible to frequent changes. They are expected to think creatively about nebulous issues and are passionate about problem solving. They will have led teams and will be able to demonstrate a sustained ability to hire and develop talent. They will also be able to work successfully across teams and countries. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Global Director of Business Integrity.


  • Responsible for global teams across multiple locations that manage our core and outsourcing operations for Business Integrity

  • Responsible for an APAC-based team focused on understanding the GCR market, its unique challenges and balancing risk with GCR advertiser experience

  • Improve risk operations by understanding global and local challenges and needs, build scalable solutions to address user, advertiser and page admin pain-points and identify automation opportunities as we take down malicious actors at scale

  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with our global sales organization as well as other key internal stakeholders like sales, engineering, data science, product management and additional operational teams at Facebook in order to implement optimal solutions to policy related problems and outsourcing needs

  • Manage our Outsourcing partners and vendors globally and driving a forward-looking vision

  • Play an integral role as a thought leader across the global business integrity and APAC leadership teams to drive the business forward

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of their local and global team

  • Identify trends and key insights to drive impact to team goals including user experience and operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field preferred (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or similar)

  • 13+ years of experience in online operations/consultancy/analytics or related industries

  • 10+ years management experience, ideally in a role involving strategy, risk management or operations

  • Significant experience leading and developing high performing teams

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment a plus

  • Inspiring global people leader

  • Appetite for intensity and working on some of the most challenging business problems

  • Proven ability to make sound business decisions

  • Ability to drive insight and communicate analyses clearly and effectively

  • Passionate about problem solving and the potential for innovative solutions that online marketing has created

  • Vendor management experience preferred, but not a must

  • Experience working with global teams
