We are looking for a New Product Consultant to join the Solutions team, drive new product sales and go-to-market success for the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business. In this role, you will act as a pre-sales product expert for new product launches that transform the talent acquisition industry. This is an excellent opportunity for transformation at LinkedIn and to be part of the New Product Go-to-Market team.

Core Responsibilities:

Drive sales of new products by partnering with Relationship Managers (RMs) to help convert pipeline opportunities by providing pre-sales support and product expertise
Drive field enablement and selling success strategies - training and certification, account prioritization strategies, narrative refinement, case studies, rep roundtables, etc.
Create customer demand among our addressable market - host webinars, events, etc., and identify evangelists to help drive demand and excitement among our customer base
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, PMM, Sales Effectiveness) to ensure that customer and field feedback are addressed
Serve as strategic thought-partner to the field, cross-functional partners, Solutions and Talent Solutions clients on new LTS products and initiatives
Be the new product expert for the Sales and Solutions teams
Serve as a resource for coaching to both Sales and Solutions
In partnership with Product Marketing, develop the go-to-market playbook for launching new products to the LTS field
Anticipate global business needs and trends for the LTS business
Influence pricing and product strategy
Exemplify LinkedIn culture & values
Basic Qualifications:

5 years experience in digital media account management, pre-sales, product or client-facing roles within an Internet company
Experience bringing new products to market
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in product management or social media marketing
Experience driving pre-sales and sales, developing strategies and growing a business
Experience working in the marketing, media or product department
Experience working with large cross functional teams
