Facebook is seeking a senior leader to manage our Business Integrity team’s human review solutions. This is a core process operations team for our overall Business Integrity organization. The Business Integrity team protects users and ensures safe connections between users and businesses. This individual will assume management responsibilities in developing our talented team members globally, as well as drive cross-functional impact with our internal and external partners. Internal partners span everyone from planning and forecasting teams and product management to engineering as well as other sub-teams within Business Integrity, while external partners are our outsourcing vendors with a large core operational footprint globally. Candidates will be data driven, self-motivated, and flexible to frequent changes. They are expected to think creatively about nebulous issues and are passionate about problem solving. They will have led teams and will be able to demonstrate a sustained ability to hire and develop talent. They will also be able to work successfully across teams and countries. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Global Director of Business Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for global teams across multiple locations that manage our core and outsourcing operations for Business Integrity

  • Lead teams that improve Business Integrity’s operations by understanding global and local challenges and needs, building scalable solutions to address business pain-points and identify automation opportunities as we take down malicious actors at scale

  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with our global partners within Facebook

  • Play an integral role as a thought leader across the global business integrity and APAC leadership teams to drive the business forward

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of their local and global team

  • Identify trends and key insights to drive impact to team goals including user experience and operational efficiency

  • Develop tenured managers to empower them and enable them to manage their teams successfully

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field preferred (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or similar)

  • 13+ years of experience in online operations/consultancy/analytics or related industries

  • 10+ years management experience, ideally in a role involving strategy, risk management or operations

  • Inspiring global people leader

  • Appetite for intensity and working on some of the most challenging business problems

  • Proven ability to make sound business decisions

  • Ability to drive insight and communicate analyses clearly and effectively

  • Passionate about problem solving and the potential for innovative solutions that online marketing has created

  • Experience working with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading and developing high performing teams

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment a plus

  • Vendor management experience preferred, but not a must
