We are seeking an analytical, process/detail-oriented Analyst who can partner effectively with leadership across multiple teams. The role will be part of the APAC Sales Planning & Operations team with a focus on APAC Global Sales teams. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with several teams at Facebook (including sales, operations, finance, product marketing, and business intelligence), with the objective of enabling APAC Global Sales and Sales Ops to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. This is an individual contributor role that requires exceptional analytical skills, bias toward action, strong partnership and communication skills, and a background in data-driven decision-making. The candidate will have an analytical background and ability to synthesize and make recommendations based on imperfect data from multiple sources (internally and externally), strong business intuition to guide their analysis, and ability to work both independently and cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook, view the world through an analytical lens, be interested in advertising, be intellectually curious, learn quickly, and be able to move fast while keeping focused on high-impact projects. This is a full-time position and is located in our Singapore office.


  • Revenue performance analysis across geographies, products and advertisers to uncover new insights about the business, track the business performance against KPI metrics and identify levers for driving revenue growth

  • Support sales operations and sales leadership teams with planning, process and operational asks including revenue potential, product focus, resourcing and channel design

  • Support sales strategies recommendations based on robust analysis of user and advertiser behavior

  • Lead standard reporting and processes e.g. driving rhythm of business, goal setting Support sales leadership teams with high-impact internal presentations Partner cross-functionally with various teams to gather business requirements to improve upon dashboards/reporting platforms

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field)

  • 4+ years of work experience, prior experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting preferred

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights and recommendations from large, complex data sets

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights

  • Process-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present content to a wide audience

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis or SQL or Excel skills

  • Prior experience with online advertising preferred

  • Periodic travel a few times per quarter

  • Fluent in English.
